Scope
These terms cover your use of this website (zoworks.ai), operated by zoworks Innovations LLP. They don't cover the zoworks platform itself once you're a customer — that's governed by the separate agreement you sign as part of the workshop or pilot process.
What's on this site
Everything here — the process descriptions, the digital worker roster, the "proven" and "configured for" claims — describes real product capability as of its last update. Where something is still in design-partner beta rather than generally available, we say so on that page. Nothing here is a binding quote or contract; pricing and delivery terms are set individually per engagement.
The demo-booking form
Submitting the form or messaging us on WhatsApp is a request for us to contact you about a working session — it doesn't create any obligation on either side. See the Privacy Policy for what we do with the details you send.
No warranty on the site itself
We keep this site as accurate as we can, but it's provided as-is — we don't warrant it's error-free or available without interruption. If you spot something wrong, we'd genuinely like to know: email ravi@zoworks.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
Changes
We'll update the date at the top of this page if these terms change.
