Who this is

This site is operated by zoworks Innovations LLP ("zoworks," "we," "us"), Electronic City, Bangalore, India. This policy covers zoworks.ai only — not any product or platform you're using once you're a customer, which is governed by your own agreement with us.

What we collect

If you fill out the demo-booking form or otherwise send us your details, we collect your name and whichever of phone or email you provide, plus a short free-text description of your process if you write one. We store this to follow up about the session you requested — nothing more.

If you message us on WhatsApp from a link on this site, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as ours.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Content Square to understand how people use this site — which pages get read, where visitors drop off, that kind of thing. Neither loads until you accept the cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics script runs and no cookie is set for this purpose.

You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone outside zoworks except the infrastructure providers that run this site and store the form submissions (hosting and database providers, bound by their own security terms). We don't run any tracking or advertising pixel beyond the two analytics tools named above.

Your options

Ask us to delete the details you submitted, tell us what we have on file, or opt out of future contact — email ravi@zoworks.com and we'll action it directly; this isn't a large enough operation to need a formal request process.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't expand what we collect without saying so here first.
