Corporate ESG, Office Audits & Regulatory Compliance · Circular-to-Enforcement
Roadmap · not yet built
Compliance isn't a guess. It's a defensible process.
A new regulatory circular lands. Legal reads it weeks later. By the time the rule reaches the systems that actually enforce it, it's been hand-translated, inconsistently, across teams — and an inspector's question about "why was this allowed" doesn't have a fast, provable answer.
The reality today
Where the money and the hours leak.
Regulation reaches enforcement weeks late
Legal reads the circular; by the time the rule hits the systems that enforce it, it's been hand-translated, inconsistently, across teams.
"Why was this allowed?" has no fast answer
When an inspector asks why a transaction passed, reconstructing the reason takes days of digging through logs and memory.
Audit prep means scrambling for scattered proof
Preparing for an ESG or safety audit means aggregating fragmented proof-of-visit logs, waste manifests, and emission data from scattered regional silos.
What we'd build
Scoped, not shipped — here's the shape of it.
- → A regulatory circular or policy document compiled into structured, auditable rules — AI agents draft, a compliance officer confirms once, citing the exact source clause
- → Every transaction checked against the committed rule registry in real time — same input, same output, every time, no AI guessing
- → A non-compliant transaction blocked before it commits, not flagged after an inspection finds it
- → Audit-ready evidence dossiers compiled automatically from field photos, timestamps, and rule citations — not assembled by hand
On the roadmap, not yet built for this vertical: there is no live ESG/office-audit/compliance-checklist pack today. What's proven is the underlying rule-compilation mechanism it would run on — built and demonstrated end-to-end on a real SEBI Master Circular for Investment Advisers (a fee-cap violation correctly blocked, citing the exact clause, with a full audit trail) and applied to a bank onboarding/KYC workflow. Those are working demonstrations submitted to real regulatory hackathons, not existing customer deployments, and not ESG-specific. Bring your actual policy or checklist and we'll scope what an ESG/audit build looks like.
The demo
bring your actual regulatory text or policy document — we'll show you the compiled rule, live, and the block it produces on a non-compliant transaction.
